This is a one-time service. There's no recurring schedule to set up — though many customers start recurring cleaning once they've settled in.

We'll make it right.
Customers must report a covered cleaning concern within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning. If the concern is covered, KeepWell will send a cleaning professional back within 24–48 hours to re-clean the affected area at no additional cleaning charge.
