Fine dust takes a different approach

Construction dust travels, settles, and resettles. Cleaning it out of a home takes method, not speed.

  • Dust-first method

We work top down and repeat passes, because fine dust settles again after the first cleaning.

  • Accessible surfaces detailed

Trim, sills, ledges, fixtures, and hard floors get direct attention rather than a quick wipe.

  • Residential focus

This is home cleanup after renovation work — not commercial or job-site cleaning.

  • Ready to live in

The goal is a home you can move furniture into, not a space that still feels like a work zone.

What's included

Scope assumes construction work is substantially complete and the space is safe to enter and clean.

What we don't handle

Post-construction cleanup has real limits. These require other trades or licensed specialists.

  • Hazardous construction materials
  • Regulated or contaminated waste
  • Heavy debris hauling or dumpster loading
  • Specialized remediation of any kind
  • Work requiring specific licensing or certification
  • Any unsafe or active work environment

How the project works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the project

Scope of work performed, rooms affected, and current condition of the space.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm the site is ready

Construction work should be substantially complete and heavy debris removed before we arrive.

  3. Step 3

    Scope and price

Because projects vary so widely, scope is built specifically for your property.

  4. Step 4

    Top-down cleaning

We work from ceilings and high surfaces down to floors so dust falls once.

  5. Step 5

    Second pass

Fine dust resettles. A follow-up pass catches what the first pass stirred up.

  6. Step 6

    Walkthrough

Photo verification documents the finished condition of each area.

Scheduling

This is a one-time service tied to your project. Recurring cleaning can start afterward once the home is back in normal use.

Clear about scope and safety

We'll tell you plainly what we can and can't do on your project. If a space still has active work, heavy debris, or conditions that call for licensed specialists, we'll say so before scheduling rather than after arriving.

  • Scope confirmed against the actual condition of the property
  • Honest limits stated up front, not discovered on site
  • Covered concerns handled under the 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

We'll make it right.

Customers must report a covered cleaning concern within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning. If the concern is covered, KeepWell will send a cleaning professional back within 24–48 hours to re-clean the affected area at no additional cleaning charge.

Why pricing varies so much

Post-construction scope varies substantially by project and property condition, so pricing is built per project rather than from a standard rate. Get your personalized price in minutes.

What shapes your price

  • Size of the property and number of affected rooms
